1.  Ozone depleting substances - The approval process for importation of ozone depleting substances consists of two steps: -Permits are issued by the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Nature Management; - Based on permits the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation issues licenses. The List of Ozone depleting substances subject to import/export prohibitions or restrictions in the Eurasian Economic Union (the EAEU) applicable to trade with third countries is approved by the Eurasian Economic Commission (the EEC) Board decision No. 30 of 21 April 2015 (as amended). Annex 2.1. of the document sets out full list of such goods.

4. 4. Wild Live Animals and certain Wild Growing Plants: The List of Goods subject to import/export prohibitions or restrictions in the EAEU is approved by the EEC Board decision No. 30 of 21 April 2015. Annex 2.7. of the document sets out list of wildlife animals and certain wild growing plants. The Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 337 ensures fulfilment of obligations under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) (except sturgeon fishes).
Imports of all live animals and plants listed under CITES; Imports of non-live animals and plant specimens, including parts and derivatives, of species listed under CITES.

6. Hazardous Substances and Hazardous Waste: The Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA) regulates the importation of (a) hazardous substances and (b) hazardous waste and other waste defined by the Basel Convention. There is no restriction on the countries from which Singapore imports the hazardous substances and hazardous wastes except for obligations under the Multilateral Environmental Agreements to which Singapore is a Party. These are summarised below: (a) Trade ban with non-Parties to the Montreal Protocol and relevant amendments on ozone depleting substances and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) listed in the Annexes of the Protocol; (b) Prior Informed Consent for importation of chemicals listed in Annex III under the Rotterdam Convention;
(c)Prohibition and restriction of chemicals (including products containing the chemicals) listed respectively in Annex A and B under the Stockholm Convention; (d) Prohibition of mercury containing products listed in Annex A of the Minamata Convention and obligations on the trade in mercury under Article 3 of the Minamata Convention; (e) Prior Informed Consent (PIC) is to be sought by Parties to the Basel Convention for the transboundary movement of hazardous waste and other waste defined by the Convention.

6. Hazardous Substances and Hazardous Waste: The Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA) regulates the importation of (a) hazardous substances and (b) hazardous waste and other waste defined by the Basel Convention. There is no restriction on the countries from which Singapore imports the hazardous substances and hazardous wastes except for obligations under the Multilateral Environmental Agreements to which Singapore is a Party.
