Amendment of "Regulation on Energy Efficiency Management Equipment":
Republic of Korea is proposing to amend the "Regulation on Energy Efficiency Management Equipment". The main changes proposed are:
1. Adjustment of standards for energy efficiency: Kimchi refrigerator, Washing machine, Electric cooling-heating equipment
2. Indication of standards for midterm and long-term target energy efficiency: Kimchi refrigerator, Washing machine, Electric cooling-heating equipment
3. Change of notation on energy efficiency labelling

"Regulations on the scope and method of preparation of Biocidal Active Substances and Products Approval application Data":
- Refinement of component analysis data for identification of biocidal active substances
- Systematization of scope of human and environmental risk assessment

Draft Order of Assessment the List of Construction Products Subject to Regulation: This document represents an update draft for the technical regulation notified under G/TBT/N/LTU/6 . Chief Executive's Decision No. 231/2020: Prohibition of import, export and transit of mercury and amalgam listed in The Minamata Convention on Mercury and contained in the Schedule annexed to Chief Executive's Decision No. 231/2020 in the Macao Special Administrative Region.

Order of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and the Green and Digital Economy providing for the mandatory application of Moroccan standards: The notified Order provides for the mandatory application of three new Moroccan standards (listed in section 9 below), with a view to enhancing industrial product control.

Product control will be carried out in Morocco at the competent approved laboratories, the list of which is published on the website of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and the Green and Digital Economy.

The notified Order seeks to enhance compliance control for industrial products, with a view to ensuring consumer protection and guaranteeing that marketed products available to consumers meet the safety requirements set out in Law No. 24-09 on the safety of products and services. By enhancing compliance control, the Order also aims to ensure fair and equitable competition between the economic operators concerned

Notification under the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade, most notably Article 2 thereof, on the preparation, adoption and application of technical regulations by central government bodies: This standard defines and presents specifications for various common cements. The following information is included in each cement definition:
- the proportions in which the constituents must be combined to obtain these different products within a range of eight strength classes;
- the requirements to be met by constituents of cement;
- the mechanical, physical and chemical requirements for cements and constituents of cement, and conformity criteria.

Decision of the Minister of Industry, Trade, and the Green and Digital Economy on the procedure for attesting the conformity of cement and other hydraulic binders (...):
The aforementioned Order of the Minister of Industry, Trade, and the Green and Digital Economy establishes the safety and performance requirements for construction products, and limits technical specifications to Moroccan standards. Order of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and the Green and Digital Economy providing for the mandatory application of Moroccan standards: The notified Order provides for the mandatory application of 53 Moroccan standards to replace 60 equivalent standards already in force, the versions of which referred to in the related orders are now outdated, with a view to keeping up to date with the technological developments for the products concerned.
The notified Order also provides for the mandatory application of a new Moroccan standard on domestic cookware.

Draft Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-002-SCT/2020: List of hazardous substances and materials (hazardous goods): he purpose of this Mexican Official Standard is to identify transported hazardous substances and materials (hazardous goods), according to hazard class or division, subsidiary risks and UN number, and to establish the special provisions governing the transport of such substances and materials, the quantitative limitations with respect to limited quantities and excepted quantities, and the corresponding instructions regarding the use of packaging/containers, oversized packaging/containers, intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), large containers and packages, portable tanks, multiple-element gas containers, bulk containers and the relevant special provisions.
