Farmers engaged in agricultural and forestry activity, educational institutions, research institutions, public institutes, interest and professional associations and organisations in the agricultural, forestry and food processing sectors, agricultural holdings, private forest owners or co-owners, their associations, municipalities and their associations, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises registered for food processing activity, private owners of alpine pastures, municipalities, individual independent entrepreneur, company, institute, cooperative, or a farm engaged in subsidiary occupation that do not exceed the criteria on micro enterprises defined in the Commission Recommendation No 2003/361/EC, local action groups etc.
