Public stockholding for food security purposes: Project: "Support for adaptation to market changes and the effects of climate change - NICADAPTA": Sustainable improvement of the living conditions of rural coffee- and cocoa-producing families in the four geographical areas covered by the programme by incorporating these families into markets and reducing their vulnerability to climate change.
