Draft Supreme Decree amending Supreme Decree No. 010-2017-MINAM establishing the maximum permissible limits for atmospheric emissions for motor vehicles: The notified text amends the maximum permissible limits for pollutant emissions for vehicles (new and used) that are incorporated into the motor vehicle fleet, approved by Supreme Decree No. 010-2017-MINAM.

In light of the recommendations and the international trend of transition towards the use of vehicles that comply with emission standards in line with the technology Euro 6/VI, Tier 3 and EPA 2010, and the import requirements for motor vehicles, it is necessary to amend the maximum permissible limits for atmospheric emissions for motor vehicles.
