This regulation prolongs temporary measures in relation to the control requirements on the production and labelling requirements of organic products and certain procedures provided for in the Trade Control and Expert System (TRACES) . Draft Commission Implementing Decision on the non-approval of certain active substances in biocidal products pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council: This draft Commission Implementing Decision does not approve certain active substances in biocidal products pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council. For a number of active substance/product-type combinations included in the review programme of existing active substances listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1062/2014, all the participants have withdrawn or are considered to have withdrawn their support, and those active substance/product-type combinations should not therefore be approved for use in biocidal products.

Draft Commission Implementing Regulation authorising certain products and substances for use in organic production and establishing their lists: This draft Commission Implementing Regulation lists in its annexes the products and substances authorised to be used in organic production, in particular: plant protection products, fertilisers, products for cleaning and disinfection and non-organic products, additives and processing aids for feed and food.
Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 provides that only authorised products and substances may be used in organic production. (...)

Draft Commission Implementing Regulation on design, construction and performance requirements and testing standards for marine equipment and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1170: The draft Regulation replaces Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1170 and adapts its content to changes in the relevant international instruments.
The purpose of the Marine Equipment Directive is to enhance safety at sea and the prevention of marine pollution through the uniform application of the relevant international instruments adopted under the auspices of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), which lay down specific requirements concerning the construction, performance and/or testing of equipment to be placed on board ships, and to ensure the free movement of such equipment within the EU. These international instrument include, in particular: the 1966 International Convention on Load Lines (LL66); the 1972 Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (Colreg); the 1973 International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (Marpol) and the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (Solas)

Draft Commission Delegated Regulation amending Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the EU Parliament and of the Council as regards the requirements for record-keeping for operators in organic production: Delegated Regulation amending Regulation (EU) 2018/848 amending and integrating requirements for keeping records and documentary evidence from operators on organic production in the different production areas under Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2018/848.

Such provisions can affect also organic operators in Third Countries.

Draft Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) …/… amending Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the criteria for the recognition of control authorities and control bodies that are competent to carry out controls on organic products in third countries, and for the withdrawal of their recognition: This act lays down the criteria for the recognition of control authorities and control bodies that are competent to carry out controls on organic products in third countries, and for the withdrawal of their recognition.
Following the adoption of the new organic Regulation, which will enter into application on 1 January 2022, the Commission may recognise control authorities and control bodies that are competent to carry out controls of imported organic products and to issue organic certificates in third countries. Draft Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) …/… of XXX supplementing Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council with procedural requirements for the recognition of control authorities and control bodies that are competent to carry out controls on operators and groups of operators certified organic and on organic products in third countries and with rules on their supervision and the controls and other actions to be performed by those control authorities and control bodies: This act lays down the procedural requirements for the recognition of control authorities and control bodies recognised for the purposes of compliance and to set up the system for controls to be carried out by these control authorities and control bodies as well as the supervision by the Commission.

Draft Commission Implementing Regulation laying down certain rules concerning the certificate issued to operators, groups of operators and exporters in third countries involved in the imports of organic products into the Union and establishing the list of recognised control authorities and control bodies in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council: This act sets the model of the certificate to be delivered to operators certified in non-EU countries and the provisions for its issuance. In addition, the act establishes a list of control authorities and control bodies that are recognised under Article 46 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 in order to carry out controls and to issue organic certificates in third countries.

Draft Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) …/... of XXX supplementing Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council with rules on the official controls in respect of consignments of organic products and in-conversion products intended for import into the Union and on the certificate of inspection: This draft regulation sets out the rules for the certificate of inspection, a document that must accompany each consignment of organic products imported into the EU, and the official controls to be carried out by EU Member States before releasing organic products originating in third countries for free circulation into the Union. In addition, the draft regulation establishes the information a competent authority, control authority or control body in a third country must provide in the event that consignments are found to be non-compliant before the release for free circulation of the relevant products.
