(Chilean Standard (NCh) No. 3446:2020, Domestic wood-burning stoves - Requirements and test methods: The notified Standard specifies the requirements relating to the design, manufacture, assembly, safety, performance, power, combustion gases, instructions and marking of domestic wood-burning stoves. It also establishes the test methods for domestic wood-burning stoves. The notified Standard is applicable to manually fired domestic stoves of up to 25 kW, which are used primarily for cooking, with their secondary function being to heat the space in which they are installed. This Standard is not applicable to appliances that are fed by hoppers or fired mechanically, or to appliances that have fan-assisted combustion air.

Test Protocol (PE) No. 1/17/:2021 "Draft energy efficiency analysis and/or test protocol for electrical products - refrigerators and freezers": The notified protocol establishes the certification procedure for the energy efficiency performance of mains-operated household refrigeration and similar appliances (refrigerators, freezers and refrigerator-freezers) in accordance with the purpose and scope of IEC Standard 62552-1-2-3:2015 + AMD1:2020. This includes mini-bars.

Minimum nutritional content and maximum contaminant content of fertilizers and biostimulants: The notified text establishes the minimum levels of nutrients that fertilizers and biostimulants must contain in order to ensure that the inputs described in the notified measure have a nutritional impact on crops.

It also establishes the maximum levels of contaminants that fertilizers and biostimulants may contain (cadmium, arsenic, lead, mercury, chromium, nickel, copper, zinc, faecal coliforms, Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp and helminth eggs); if these levels are exceeded, they will represent a risk to human, animal or plant health.

Control and sampling procedure to check the composition and quality parameters of domestic and imported fertilizers and biostimulants: The notified text establishes a sampling and analysis procedure to check the composition and quality parameters of domestic and imported fertilizers and biostimulants.

Labelling requirements for fertilizers and biostimulants: The notified text establishes the required features of labels attached to, and leaflets accompanying, fertilizers and biostimulants sold in Chile. The labelling requirements set out details pertaining to shape, size and proportion, and cover aspects such as composition, quality parameters, information on the importer or local manufacturer, batch numbers, recommended use and warnings.

Tolerances for results of official analysis of composition and quality parameters for fertilizers and biostimulants brought into and manufactured, formulated, packaged, marketed and used in the country: The notified text establishes tolerance ranges for the composition and quality parameters applicable to each type of fertilizer and biostimulant, as appropriate, when grading the results of official analyses.

It also defines the methodologies for analysing composition, quality parameters, contaminants and pollutants to ensure consistency in the results of analyses, irrespective of where they are carried out.

Implementing regulations for Law No. 21.349, which establishes standards for the composition, labelling and marketing of fertilizers and biostimulants: The notified text establishes the requirements for the National Single Register that manufacturers, formulators, producers, marketers or distributors, packers, importers and exporters of fertilizers and biostimulants must join.

It also establishes a classification for fertilizers and biostimulants that details the composition and quality parameter requirements, as well as the minimum labelling requirements, levels of accountability, penalties associated with non-compliance, and the sampling and inspection procedure.

National Standard of the P.R.C., Brake Hose — Structure, Performance and Test Methods: This standard specifies the structure, performance requirements, test methods and marks of brake hose, brake hose joint and brake hose assembly for automobiles, motorcycles, mopeds and trailers.

This standard applies to brake hose, brake hose joint and brake hose assembly with hydraulic pressure, air pressure, vacuum for automobiles, motorcycles, mopeds and trailers.

National Standard of the P.R.C., Minimum Allowable Values of the Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Centrifugal Pumps: This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, testing methods and calculation methods for centrifugal pumps for fresh water and petrochemical centrifugal pumps.

This standard applies to single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps for freshwater, single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps for freshwater, multistage centrifugal pumps for freshwater, as well as single-stage single-suction petrochemical centrifugal pumps and single-stage double-suction petrochemical centrifugal pumps with closed (largest) impeller for transporting clean liquid.
