This Regulation does not apply to: (a)professional refrigerated storage cabinets and blast cabinets, with the exception of professional chest freezers; (b)refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function; (c)mobile refrigerating appliances; (d)appliances where the primary function is not the storage of foodstuffs through refrigeration.
