Co-financed subsidy programmes 2021: Environment and Energy Efficiency Operational Programme (EEEOP): In line with the EU's 2020 Strategy and the UN's Millennium Development Goals, EEEOP contributes to sustainable economic growth, primarily by strengthening the environmental dimension of sustainability.
Environment related objective
EEEOP has 5 priority axes: adaptation to climate change impacts;; development of wastewater disposal and cleaning, wastewater management; waste management and environmental remediation related developments; nature protection and wildlife protection related developments; enhancing energy efficiency, use of renewing energy sources.
Measure description Coverage of the measure
Co-financed subsidy programmes 2021: Environment and Energy Efficiency Operational Programme (EEEOP): In line with the EU's 2020 Strategy and the UN's Millennium Development Goals, EEEOP contributes to sustainable economic growth, primarily by strengthening the environmental dimension of sustainability.
Mainly public, but also private institutions and enterprises with eligible development projects may receive support for the accomplishment of the project.

Public and private enterprises with eligible development projects may receive support for the accomplishment of the project. Refundable subsidy is only eligible for the private sector.

Co-financed subsidy programmes 2021: Hungarian Fisheries Operational Programme Plus: The main objectives of Hungarian Fisheries Operational Programme Plus (HFOP Plus) are to empower micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of fish production and fish processing through innovation and digitalization, while reducing environmental impact. Other important objectives are the support of climate- and environment-friendly fish farming methods, the increase of the proportion of methods based on the principle of circular farming within the production systems, the maintenance and development of the biodiversity of aquatic and wetland habitats, the CO2 exemption of the sector and supporting the role of fishponds in maintaining natural values.

Co-financed subsidy programmes 2021: Hungarian Fisheries Operational Programme Plus: The main objectives of Hungarian Fisheries Operational Programme Plus (HFOP Plus) are to empower micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of fish production and fish processing through innovation and digitalization, while reducing environmental impact. The possible beneficiaries of the OP are: individuals with tax identification number; sole proprietors; micro,-small and medium enterprises; civil society organization; primary agricultural producers; producer organisations (or organization interested in aquaculture activities not yet recognized as a producer organization); central budget institutions.

Co-financed subsidy programmes 2021: Environment and Energy Efficiency Operational Programme Plus (EEEOP Plus): The EEEOP Plus is the continuation of the previous EEEOP, under the new legal framework for the period of 2021-2027. Following on from and complementing the previous Operational Programme, EEEOP Plus has been extended to cover several new areas, taking into account emerging environmental concerns, the changing regulatory environment and increasing greening efforts. to reduce environmental pollution and excessive use of our resources, to protect biodiversity, to prioritize the circular economy, to promote water conservation and the development of green and blue infrastructure, as well as support the establishment of local energy communities. In addition, the primary task under PA5 is to create new jobs and reduce emissions in the carbon-intensive counties (Baranya, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Heves).
