Georgia notified that imports of ozone depleting substances are subject to global quota allocated by country: according to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, import quotas are defined individually for each country. Quotas are regulated in accordance with Order No. 176 of the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources "Protection of Georgia on the Approval of Yearly Quota on Ozone Layer Depleting Substances 2015" (6 February 2015).
