After reviewing the information from the State Environmental Investment Agency of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and position of domestic producers the Commission has established the following:
• non-application of special measures concerning import into Ukraine of certain types of cars with hybrid propulsion will not have negative impact on the domestic producers;
• Ukraine's national interests require non-application of special measures concerning import into Ukraine of certain types of cars with hybrid propulsion.

Application of special measures on imports of tubes, pipes and hollow profiles, seamless, of iron or steel, regardless of country of origin and exports

This supplement accurately specifies the duration of the safegard measure which will be in force for a period of 2 years as indicated below:

(a) 25% ad valorem minus anti-dumping duty payable, if any, when imported during the period from 30 July, 2018 to 29 July, 2019 (both days inclusive);
(b) 20% ad valorem minus anti-dumping duty payable, if any, when imported during the period from 30 July, 2019 to 29 January, 2020 (both days inclusive); and
(c) 15% ad valorem minus anti-dumping duty payable, if any, when imported during the period from 30 January, 2020 to 29 July, 2020 (both days inclusive).

3. Decision to extend a safeguard measure that is being applied against imports of Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and non-application of the safeguard measure to developing countries.
- It is expected that the domestic producers perform production in compliance with the legal rules, and in this respect, use recyclable packing materials (RPET) only.
- A firm has carried out a study process at the beginning of the year 2013 to produce the products that have high profit potential and a special intended use, and are mainly considered as export material, however, can be also used in domestic market. As the result of that, this firm has produced PET-resin chips that provides energy saving for user during the preform swelling process and contains re-heat material.
- A firm put the solid waste recycle system into use in September of 2011. Through this system, solid waste s that occur during the production are processed, and afterwards, can be used in the production process again. This process is in progress and a saving in the amount of 200.000 euro per year is expected from it.

In line with this commitment to the Paris Agreement on climate change for reduction of CO2 emissions by 33-35% from 2005 levels, India established a target achieving 100 GW of Solar power generation by the year 2022. (...) In order to account for these unforseen developments relative to India's commitment , the Director General of Trade Remedies (DGTR), the competent authority, has recommended to impose safeguard duty at the rate of 25% ad valorem for the first year, 20% ad valorem for the first six months of the second year and 15% ad valorem for last six months of the second year on Solar Cells whether or not assembled in Modules or Panels.

4) Quality
Product quality of coated paper and paperboard of the Applicant has met the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), Timber Legality Assurance System (Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu/ SVLK), ISO (International Standard for Organization), and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes) . In terms of quality, coated paper and paperboard produced by the Applicant has met national and international standard. Therefore, it can be concluded that quality is not a factor that has impacted to the injury.
