The Government set the following specific objectives by 2023:

COMIFAC, established in 2005 within the ECCAS framework, is the body responsible for formulating, harmonizing and monitoring forestry and environmental policies in Central Africa. Within this framework several measures have been adopted, in particular, a convergence plan defining the priority measures to be taken with a view to harmonizing national forestry and fiscal policies; a subregional convention on forest control and the repression of illicit activities; and a system for the collecting, processing and sharing of forestry information.

Amongst the most important contributions, QNV (Qatar National Vision 2030) includes a general framework from which more detailed strategies and operational plans can be prepared. The vision thus contained aims to transform Qatar into a diversified, well-established and well-developed nation by 2030. Ultimately, Qatar is expected to be able to sustain its own development drive whilst providing a high standard of living for generations to come. The vision includes five major challenges that Qatar must balance:

Tariffs on the importation of second-hand vehicles were increased from 3% to 27% for environmental purposes.

Samoa supports the call by the Pacific WTO Members for a successful agreement in the Fisheries Subsidies discussion that will fulfil the two aspects of SDG14.6 and MC11 mandates which provides for strong disciplines that target those that cause overfishing and at the same time provide appropriate and effective special and differential treatment, including for small island states and LDCs. Guinea Bissau has adopted the Guinea Bissau Strategic Plan 2025, "Terra Ranka". It will be implemented between 2015 and 2025 and is based on six major priorities as follows: governance, infrastructure, urban development, human development, agro industry and biodiversity. These priorities aim to support competitiveness and economic growth.

In order to ensure that growth is more inclusive, so that it raises the standard of living of all Macao’s inhabitants and thereby contributes to social harmony and stability, the Government has also been implementing various social policies. These policies concern mainly education, healthcare, social security and public housing. It has also been implementing policies to ensure environmentally -friendly growth.
