Fishing for Litter Scheme
The aim of this scheme is to provide financial support to fishers who operate bottom trawlers to compensate them for time, effort and expense in removing plastic waste caught in their nets, and landing at designated sites in jumbo bags provided for this purpose, for disposal in an appropriate manner.
(...) Trawlers are required to pre-notify the Fisheries Monitoring Centre before landing for fisheries control purposes as described in existing regulations. If they intend to land a jumbo bag they are required to inform the FMC so that the Fisheries Control Officer (FPO) that conducts the landing inspection, also inspects the Jumbo Bag. The FPO thus confirms the number of Jumbo Bags landed and that they were full of marine plastic waste. Eligible fishers are compensated with EUR 200 per jumbo bag landed full of recovered plastic waste. (...)

WaterMark Certification Scheme - WMTS-532:2021 - Pre-packaged wastewater pumping wells: This new WaterMark Technical specification sets out requirements for pre-packaged wastewater pumping wells to convey wastewater from multiple fixtures from single dwelling to the gravity sewer inert level.

The Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA) requires that most products intended for use in plumbing and drainage installations in or around buildings to be evaluated and certified to WaterMark product specifications. WaterMark certification to an applicable product specification provides a process to evaluate and authorise products to enable their use in a plumbing and drainage installation.
