4.121. The improvement of the business climate in the country was facilitated through the implementation of the Program for the Transition of the Kyrgyz Republic to Sustainable Development (PTSD) for the Period 2013-2017 , where the policy on regulating the business environment was focused on the following priority areas: (i) creating new approaches in the system of assessing regulatory impact in the development and adoption of management solutions, including those focused on ensuring environmental safety; and (ii) reducing the level of government interference in business, with an emphasis of regulatory policy on the rational use of limited resources and tightening the requirements of environmental protection legislation.
