3.63. In support of the customs declaration, exporters of forestry products must also produce specification sheets certified by the water and forestry administration. These specification sheets "contain the product references, the name of the holder of the contract or permit and that person's tax category, indicated by a triangular hammer mark". [75] The duty is levied by Customs on exporters upon presentation of the specification sheet and the export verification certificate supplied by the SCPFE following the inspection.
