Wastes, which composition includes as a component or contaminant any of the following substances: arsenic, arsenic compounds, mercury, mercury compounds (excluding mercury vapour lamps and fluorescent tubes); Magnesium dust; Dust from metallurgical industries and manufacture of glass, containing beryllium and its compounds; Dust containing lead and its compounds; Dust containing vanadium compounds; Galvanic residues; Slag, ash and residues (other than from the manufacture of iron or steel), containing metals, arsenic or their compounds including: metal residues and residues consisting of alloys of any of the following substances: arsenic, beryllium, lead, mercury; Manganese sludges from the production of electrolytic manganese dioxide; Arsenious сake from copper production; Arsenic-potassium cake from the production of tin; Wastes of arsenate-calcium from the production of lead; Mercury-selenium sludge from the production of sulphuric acid; Lead, nickel, cadmium hydroxide sludge; Wastes of aluminium chloride with admixture of acetophenone; Leaded gasoline sludges and leaded anti-knock compound sludges; Sludge (lye) after treatment of zinc, dust and residues; Ash from the incineration of insulated copper wire; Solutions of metal pickling liquors, hydraulic fluids, brake fluid and antifreeze fluids; Zinc wastes and scrap containing lead and cadmium; Waste electrolytic solutions from electrolytic processes of extraction and purification of copper; Waste etching copper-containing solutions; Assembled waste lead-acid batteries; Wastes of glass from cathode-ray tubes and other wastes of glass with active coat; Asbestos waste in the form of dust and fibre; Used articles of asbestos-cement, of cellulose fibre-cement or of like materials, containing asbestos; Wastes of glass fibres, similar in their physicochemical characteristics to asbestos; Waste mercury lamps and fluorescent tubes; Sorbents, with admixture of arsine or phosphine, waste more than 50%; Slag and ash from the machines for incineration of waste (including volatile ash and dust); Slag and ash from pyrolysis machines; Residues of production or refining of petroleum coke and bitumen (excluding the pyrolysis resin), including: acid resin, acid tar, acid tar from oil refining, containing sulphuric acid, sulfonated gummed compounds, acid tar from the production of sulfonate additives (white oils sulfonation), containing sulphuric acid, heavy organic sulfonates, acid tar from the purification of aromatic hydrocarbons containing sulphuric acid, aromatic compounds, sulfonic acids, acid tar from purification of paraffins, containing sulphuric acid, organic compounds, cid tar of sulfate fractionation from process of benzene separation in coke production, residues of acid resins treatment, sludges of coke and gas plants, waste oil products, including: oil products in the form of aqueous emulsions or mixtures with water, oil products in the form of sludge from the storage tanks, oil products, unfit for further utilization as primary products; Waste oil products containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), polychlorinated terphenyls (PCTs) or polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs); Wastes containing lead anti-knock preparations; Wastes of skins or raw fur materials containing agents of infection of humans and animals; Wastes containing organic phosphorus compounds; Wastes of organofluorine compounds; Wastes of organochlorine acids production; Wastes of non-halogenated organic solvents and their mixtures; Wastes of halogenated organic solvents and their mixtures; Wastes of substances and products containing or contaminated with: polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB), polychlorinated terphenyls (PCT), polychlorinated naphthalene (PCN) or polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), including any other polybrominated analogues of these compounds at a concentration level of 50 mg/kg and above; Wastes in the form of resinous residues (except asphalt binder), formed during refining, distillation and any pyrolitic treatment of organic materials, shale processing wastes, containing phenol; Rubber wastes of the following materials if they are not mixed with other wastes, including: worn inner tubes, wastes of hard rubber (e.g. ebonite); Wastes, consisting of or contaminated with any of the following substances: Any analogue of polychlorinated dibenzofuran, Any analogue of polychlorinated dibenzodioxin; Wastes of packages and containers contaminated with substances containing polychlorinated or polybrominated biphenyls: of plastic, of wood, of paper and paperboard, of glass, excluding cullet, of ferrous metals; Wastes of floor coverings of chemical textile materials; Wastes of production, preparation and use of pharmaceutical products, including expired medicines****, including for the treatment of animals; Clinical and related to this area wastes (wastes of medical, veterinary or other similar activities; waste from hospitals and other facilities formed during the medical examination, check-up and treatment of patients or researches); Wastes of production and use of biocides and phytopharmaceuticals, including pesticides and herbicides failed to comply with standard, with expired term or not **** or unfit for originally intended use; Wastes of production of plants processing means and protection means from plant pests; Wastes of production and use of chemical preservatives of wood***** (except for mercury compounds): creosote oil, bitumen paste, sodium fluoride, sodium fluorosilicate, blue stone, Natrium phenolatum, anthracene oil, shale sleeper impregnation oil;
