Cambodian Technical Regulation on Pneumatic Tyre for Motorcycle. It applies to new pneumatic tyres for vehicles of category L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5. However, it does not apply to tyre types designed exclusively for the "off-road" use, which are marked "NHS" (Not for Highway Service) and to tyre types designed exclusively for competitions.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Steering System. It applies to the steering equipment of vehicles of categories M, N and O.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Exhaust Emission for light duty vehicles. It applies to vehicles of categories M1, M2, N1 and N2 with a reference mass not exceeding 2,610 kg. At the manufacturer's request, type approval granted under this Regulation may be extended from vehicles mentioned above to M1, M2, N1 and N2 vehicles with a reference mass not exceeding 2,840 kg and which meet the conditions laid down in this Standard.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Brake Systems. It applies to vehicles of categories M2, M3, N and O 1/ with regard to braking 2/.

This Technical Regulation does not cover:

• vehicles with a design speed not exceeding 25 km/h;

• trailers which may not be coupled to power-driven vehicles with a design speed exceeding 25 km/h;

• vehicles fitted for invalid drivers.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Brake Systems (Passenger car). It applies to the braking of vehicles of categories M1 and N1.

This standard does not cover:

• Vehicles with a design speed not exceeding 25 km/h;

• Vehicles fitted for invalid drivers.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Seat Belt Anchorages. It applies to:

(a) Vehicles of categories M and N with regard to their anchorages for safety-belts intended for adult occupants of forward-facing or rearward-facing or side-facing seats;

(b) Vehicles of category M1 with regard to their ISOFIX anchorage systems and their ISOFIX top tether anchorages intended for child restraint systems. Other categories of vehicles fitted with ISOFIX anchorages have also to comply with the provisions of this standard.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Safety Belts. It applies to Vehicles of category M, N, O, L2, L4, L5, L6, L7 and T, with regard to the installation of safety-belts and restraint systems which are intended for separate use, i.e. as individual fittings, by persons of adult build occupying forward facing, rearward-facing and side-facing seats.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Seats. It applies to the strength of seats, to their anchorages and to their head restraints, of vehicles of categories M1 and N, and to the strength of seats, to their anchorages and to their head restraints, of vehicles of categories M2 and M3, not covered by Regulation No. 80, 01 series of amendments. 1/ 2/

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Head Restraints. It applies to head-restraint devices conforming to one of the types defined ("Head restraint" means a device whose function is to limit the rearward displacement of an adult occupant's head in relation to his torso in order to reduce the danger of injury to the cervical vertebrae of that occupant in the event of an accident) .

The Agreement encompasses trade in goods, as well as elements in investment and trade in services. It also covers economic cooperation in the following fields: trade-related procedures, business environment , intellectual property, energy , information and communications technology, human resource development, small and medium enterprises, tourism and hospitality, transportation and logistics, agriculture, fisheries and forestry , environment , competition policy, and other fields as may be mutually agreed upon among the Parties.
