Agriculture, Food and Industry: England: Farming Investment Fund (FIF): (...) The scheme consists of two strands: Farming Equipment and Technology Fund (FETF) – Aims to improve productivity, environmental outcomes and animal health and welfare through grants towards the costs of specific items of equipment and technology; • Farming Transformation Fund (FTF) – provides grants towards large capital items and projects to help businesses improve productivity, and environmental sustainability. To date, there have been four strands: i. Water Management Grant, ii. Adding Value Grant, iii. Improving Farm Productivity Grant, and iv. Agriculture, Food and Industry: Northern Ireland: Agricultural Industry Training Scheme (2021 23): The scheme aims to support the delivery of training for the agriculture sector, provided through the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE). The training support provided enables farmers and farm workers to be aware of the emerging issues in agriculture and thereby contribute to the productivity, environmental sustainability, resilience and the efficient operation of the supply chain in the agriculture sector. These courses are offered free of charge to participants.
