Measure description Coverage of the measure
8. Import prohibition on fish caught by vessels on the UK IUU vessel list, or flying the flag of a non-cooperating country as defined in the Regulation to fight against Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported (IUU) fishing.
Fishery products from various species: any products which fall under Chapter 03 and Tariff headings 1604 and 1605 of the EU Combined Nomenclature, with the exception of the products listed in Annex I of the retained Council Regulation (EU) No 105/2008.
