Draft Implementing Regulation amending Implementing Regulation on the Principles and Implementation of the Organic Farming Published in Turkish Official Gazette dated 18.08.2010.

This Implementing Regulation defines detailed rules on organic production, packaging, labelling, warehousing, transportation, marketing, certification and control, as well as production or obtaining of inputs to be used in organic production.

The investment incentive program
Investment activities related to the production of goods and services, research and development (R&D) and environmental protection can benefit from the incentive measures provided in consideration of the international commitments and regional and sectoral restrictions determined in the Decree.

Submission of following documents is required for application to the Ministry of Economy for the issuance of incentive certificate: (...) For the investments indicated in the lists annexed to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulation published pursuant to Environment Law No 2872, EIA Report indicating affirmation of the investment in terms of its environmental impact or the document indicating that EIA Report is not necessary.
