1711 - Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem Call: This support program aims to be a catalyst for the transformation of knowledge in private sector, university/public research centers and institutes into products or solutions that will meet the needs of the private sector. Within the scope of this program, projects in four priority areas were supported in the first call: (...) (4) Effects of Climate Change.
Capital enterprises residing in Türkiye can apply. In the project application, enterprises (Client Company) must form a consortium, with at least one company as technology provider, at least one university research laboratory/center or public research center/institute experienced in this field, and TÜBİTAK Artificial Intelligence Institute, for the purpose of project development through R&D.

Measure description Coverage of the measure
Cluster Support Program: The objective of the program is increasing the competitiveness, innovation capacity and productivity of the Turkish industry, taking a greater share from global exports, producing mainly high tech products, and transforming it into an environmentally and socially sensitive industrial structure with a qualified workforce.
Subsidy is provided to cluster initiatives, namely clusters. Clustering initiatives should compose of the alliance of at least 20 firms.

In 2021 and 2022, 20.000.000 TL was budgeted for the Program to be provided as subsidy. 5.69 million TRY was paid to supported cluster initiatives.
 Implementation period

Registration and Support for Traditional Coastal and Artisanal Fisheries: to update a data bank which forms the basis of the decisions taken for the sustainable fisheries management. In addition, it is targeted that our fishermen, who are affected by natural disasters, can reach their pre disaster situation. Aquaculture Support Programme: includes instruments to increase the quality of production, to create disease free enterprises and hatcheries, to promote the production of new species, to protect the environment, and to use of the re cycle system in aquaculture.
The beneficiaries of these support programmes are the owners of fishing vessels having licenses, aquaculture farm owners having aquaculture permission, and fisheries cooperatives and unions. Fishing vessel owner that has valid license, affected by disasters (floods, Mucilage, Earthquake).

This Regulation covers principles regarding the heat treatment application and ISPM 15 marking and traceability marking on wooden packaging materials to be used in export, issuance of permit certificates, licensed businesses, non-permitted businesses, suppliers, users, HT/DH heat treatment furnace installation permit and marking apparatus sales permit, inspection and responsibilities of the businesses and the inspection of wooden packaging materials, in order to prevent the spread of harmful organisms carried with packaging materials made of wood... It introduces the security hologram application and it is explained in articles 3 and 4. Annex 1 on approved measures for wood packaging materials contains measures different from those adopted in accordance with ISPM 15. These measures are taken to prevent problems arising from application of ISPM 15.
