The draft Ministerial Regulation mandates engine vehicles to conform with the standard for Light duty positive ignition engine vehicles: safety requirements; emission from engine, level 9 (TIS 3016–2563). This standard shall apply to vehicles of categories M1 M2 N1 and N2 with positive ignition engine and reference mass not exceeding 2,610 kg. This standard specifies safety requirements for pollutants, durability of pollution control devices and on-board diagnostic (OBD) system. (...) In order to comply with the maximum level of certain contaminants provided in the Standard for Natural Mineral Waters (CODEX STAN 108-1981 which has been amended since 2019, the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 199) B.E. 2543 (2000) should be amended which; (...)

In this Notification, "Natural Mineral Water" is water that clearly distinguished from ordinary drinking water by its content of certain mineral salts and other compositions that are due to the specific qualities of its source of origin. Notification of Ministry of Public Health to determine criteria and guideline for cosmetics refilling at refill station: In accordance with Bio-Circular-Green economy model, the Ministry of Public Heath (MOPH) proposes to allow refilling activity of certain cosmetics in-store/ refill station with the requirements of standards and controls by the draft of MOPH Notification B.E (...) the Minister of Public Heath hereby issued the (draft) Notification as follows;
1. Prescribe definition of refilling cosmetics at refill station which is manufactured by transferring and changing package of cosmetic products at the refill station.
2. Specify the bulk product for refill shall be notified as general cosmetics before refilling process at the station and allowed for certain cosmetics such as fragrance and rinse-off products.
3. Notify the address of refill station/ in-store station shall be proceeded by Cosmetic manufacturers/importers in 2. (...)
5. Prohibit to re-sale of the refilled cosmetic product.
6. Refill activity shall be conducted by trained personnel. Cosmetic manufacturers/staffs shall be responsible for educating the consumer regarding the product, such as but not limited to, safety information. (...)

The draft ministerial regulation mandates room air conditioner to conform with the standard for Room air conditioner: energy efficiency (TIS 2134 –25XX).This standard covers the following:
- Room air conditioners with net total cooling capacity not exceeding 18000 W with rated voltage of 250 V for single phase air conditioners and rated voltage 600 V for multiphase air conditioners, including ducted air conditioners with net total cooling capacity less than 8000 W, intended to operate at external static pressure less than 25 Pa.

Draft Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: criteria and method for production, import, export, transit and possession to providing trade in services of hazardous substance for which the Food and Drug Administration is responsible (...) The major changes in this draft Notification are as follows: Firstly, a section of the requirements regarding transit of hazardous substances is added; so hazardous substances transiter shall control their transited hazardous substances not to be missing or transited via the route not indicated in the transit license and not to change hazardous substances to any other forms or containers. Secondly, who obtained the import notifications and import permits must yearly report import quantity of their hazardous substances as the manufacturers and the exporters do (within January of the upcoming year). The report forms are changed to clarify that even there is no production, export or import, it's still obliged to report. Also, it's required to have a plate at least stated that "No smoking, drinking, eating or storing food." in Thai in the hazardous and production and storage areas.

This draft notification aims at amending the list of hazardous substances under the Hazardous Substances Act. (...) The summary is as follows.

(1) Entry no. 526-533 (8 entries), to be classified as type 3 only being within the scope of specific exemptions under the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants.

4. The producer, importer, exporter, or possessor of the type 3 hazardous substance prescribed in this Notification having been in business before the effective date of this Notification shall submit an application for a licence within 30 days since the effective date of this Notification. If registration is required for any hazardous substance, application for registration must be submitted within the same time period.
5. The producer, importer, exporter, or possessor of the type 4 hazardous substance prescribed in this Notification having been in business before the effective date of this Notification shall comply with the order of competent official within 180 days since the effective date of this Notification.

(...) The MOPH notification No. 409 (BE. 2562) issued by virtue of the Food Act B.E. 2522 entitled "Enzyme for use in Food Processing" of 9 July BE. 2562 will be repealed and replaced with this draft of MOPH Notification. (...)

By the virtue of the articles 5 and 6(6) of the Food Act of B.E.2522 (1979), the Minister of Public Health hereby issued the (draft) Notification as follows:

Prescribing definition of plastic food packaging and food packaging made from recycled plastic material.

Revising qualities or standards for certain plastic food packaging such as the overall migration limit, the restriction for primary aromatic amines (PAAs), the limit for metal migration and the specific migration limit for certain types of food plastics as listed in Annex I. New plastic food packaging other than those listed in Annex I of the notification shall be evaluated safety by the risk assessment center recognized by Thai Food and Drug Administration and shall submit that report of safety assessment to Thai Food and Drug Administration for approval before marketing or using. It permits to use plastic food packaging made from recycled Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) which recycled PET obtained from secondary recycling or mechanical recycling process shall be evaluated safety and efficiency of recycling technology to prove that it can eliminate or reduce contaminants from input plastic. Notification of the Ministry of Commerce Regarding the Prohibition of Import of Used Motorcycles into the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2564 (2021) (dated 27 July 2021): Used Motorcycles (HS 87.11, 97.06) are the import prohibited goods in the Kingdom of Thailand.
