Amendments to the Energy Conservation (Regulated Goods and Registered Suppliers) Regulations and Energy Conservation (Prescribed Regulated Goods) Order under the Energy Conservation Act (ECA): Singapore's Mandatory Energy Labelling Scheme (MELS) and Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS), implemented in 2008 and 2011
respectively, are policy measures to raise the average energy efficiency of regulated
