Under these circumstances, supporting rural areas' environment-friendly efforts such as seeking a proper crop rotation balance and introducing pest-resistant varieties in order to improve soil quality, which will contribute to conserving soil environment and then achieving sustainable agriculture.
Eligible rural communities which fulfil requirements such as an increase in ratio of newly introduced green manure crops and/ or pest-resistant varieties in the field crop areas.

4. Revision of the labeling rule concerning fertilizers derived from livestock
There will be a change in the format of labels for fertilizers containing materials derived from livestock to indicate species of livestock which the materials are derived from. It is not required to attach a label to indicate that the process of the production of the fertilizers has been confirmed by the minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
