Measure description Coverage of the measure
1. Prohibition of import of hazardous waste;
Prohibition of export of hazardous wastes if:
a) the country of import is not a member of the Basel Convention or officially prohibits import of such wastes; b) There is no written consent of the competent authority of the state of import and / or transit.

Prohibition of import of non-hazardous wastes for their disposal; Restriction of import of non-hazardous wastes; Restriction of export of hazardous wastes

Groups of controlled waste categories defined by the Annex I of Basel Convention, which possess characteristics prescribed by Annex III;
b) Categories of wastes requiring special consideration defined by the Annex II of Basel Convention, which possess characteristics contained in Annex III c) Wastes defined by the Annex VIII of Basel Convention, which possess characteristics contained in Annex III
d) hazardous wastes defined by the National waste list e) Wastes defined by Appendix IX to the Basel Convention if they have no hazardous qualities prescribed by Annex III to the Convention; f) Non-hazardous wastes defined in the National list of wastes.
