HARD COAL SECTOR PROGRAMME:
The programme relates to payments of funds to cover costs resulting from the restructuring of the coal sector that are not related to current production and to cover exceptional costs. The legal basis for granting the aid was the Act of 7 September 2007 on functioning of hard coal mining, together with implementing acts laying down detailed rules on the granting of aid.

STATE AID GRANTED FOR WATERWAY TRANSPORT: Allocation for development of improving navigation conditions, developing port infrastructure and intermodal/multimodal local infrastructure – within Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014 2020 (LIOP): Aid for improving navigation conditions, developing port infrastructure and intermodal / multimodal local infrastructure.
The beneficiaries are undertakings whose projects are selected by an evaluation process based on the criteria specified in the Applicant's guides for each call for projects on Specific Objective 1.3 namely: the Danube and Canal Channel Administrators (RA AFDJ SA Galati, CN ACN SA Constanta), the managers of the maritime and river ports located on the TEN T CORE network, designated according to the applicable legislation (CN APM SA Constanta, CN APDF SA Giurgiu, CN APDM SA Galati, CN ACN SA Constanta) and the Ministry of Transport through the specialty department of the ship building sector; and for Specific Objective 2.4 are the managers of the river ports (CN APDF SA Giurgiu, CN APDM SA Galati, CN ACN SA Constanta), local public authorities managing river ports, local public authorities in MPGT priority locations for the construction, modernization / development intermodal/multimodal terminals (Bacău, Timişoara, Cluj Napoca, Oradea) and the Ministry of Transport through the specialty of the ship sector.

Non reimbursable financing subject to State aid will be granted to investment aid under State aid rules as provided in Regulation (EU) 2017/1084 of 14 June 2017 amending Regulation (EU) Nº 651/2014 on aid for port and airport infrastructure and in accordance with the provisions of the State Aid Scheme relating to Applicant's Guide for Specific Objectives 1.3 and 2.4. The state aid is granted by signing the financing contract.
