In accordance with the CFP objectives and the Europe 2020 strategy, support is granted for the environmentally, economically and socially sustainable development of the aquaculture industry, with the co funding of investments for new aquaculture units as well as of investments aiming to modernise, expand or diversify the production and species of existing aquaculture units. In addition, support is granted to investments increasing energy efficiency and promoting the conversion of aquaculture enterprises to renewable sources of energy. |
