DOMESTIC SUPPORT IN AGRICULTURE: Decoupled income support: Support is provided as decoupled Transitional National Aid at 2013 (TNA) to the Single Area Payment Scheme (SAPS).
All other decoupled income measures (single area payment scheme (SAPS), payment for agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and the environment, the young farmer scheme) were granted from European Union budget.

The subsidy can be provided for producers of electricity from the abovementioned sources.

From of the subsidy is operating aid. The aid amount is the difference between the target price and electricity spot price. Biogas and small-CHP are also eligible for heat premium, which is paid if the plant produces heat as well.
