Guidelines on Aid for the management of abandoned polluted sites (U.3.).
Subsidies are provided to enterprises and to local authorities for the management of abandoned polluted sites. Priority is given to those contaminated sites which are registered in the national register of contaminated sites.

The period covered by the notification includes 2019 and 2020.
In case of investment grants for hydro-power plants, combined heat and power plants, PV installations and battery storage systems for PV installations the natural or legal persons entitled are the investors respectively the economical owners of the energy plants.

In principle, the feed-in tariff scheme applies to several renewable energy technologies. Regarding biomass and biogas the plant must be officially notified as a "green electricity plant".
