The grant is provided for i) legal bodies or natural persons operating a hydro power plant or ii) legal bodies or natural persons operating another installation, which causes hydromorphological pressure by carrying on economic activity and providing products or services on the market and are therefore underlying the EU lows on state aid Art. 87.

For enterprises in competition whose facilities cause hydromorphological burden to rivers, in as much they are eligible under the General Block Exemption Regulation.
