Tax concession has been granted in the following way:
- at the tax warehouses where biodiesel is mixed with gas oil: by taking into consideration the tax amount resulting from the difference between the rate applied on gas oil used as engine fuel and the; - at the tax warehouses from where the biodiesel is brought into consumption as it is: by applying the reduced rate to the quantity brought into consumption.
