Draft Commission Regulation implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for servers and data storage products. This draft Commission Regulation sets compulsory requirements on the energy efficiency (such as minimum efficiency of the internal power supply unit) as well as on the material efficiency (such as the ability of certain components to be disassembled) of servers and data storage products.

Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council complementing EU type-approval legislation for Motor vehicles with regard to the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the Union. With a view to improve legal uncertainty for manufacturers with United Kingdom type-approvals, this proposal: (1) Explicitly allows concerned manufacturers to apply to an EU-27 type-approval authority for new approvals for existing types; (2) Allows that tests underpinning the UK type approvals do not have to be repeated because the technical service was not designated and notified by the EU-27 type-approval authority before; (3) Provides that such approvals may be granted if the requirements for new vehicles, systems, components and separate technical units are met rather than those for new types; (4) Proposes to help identify new type-approval authorities for those products already on the market prior to the withdrawal, to avoid that no authority would be in charge of carrying out in-service conformity checks or issuing a possible future recall.

Draft Commission Regulation amending Regulation (EU) 2017/2400 and Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the determination of the CO2 emissions and fuel consumption of heavy-duty vehicles. Introduces a common method and a simulation tool to objectively compare the performance of heavy-duty vehicles.

This draft Commission Regulation complements existing minimum requirements on the energy efficiency of power transformers and is based on the technical and economic findings of a study specifically undertaken to review the existing regulation EU 548/2014, as well as on stakeholder feedback.
