Aid to Enterprises - Decision of the Flemish Government of 26 February 2016 regarding the granting of aid to small and medium-sized enterprises for entrepreneurship-encouraging services and SME growth Subsidy (SME e-Wallet + SME growth subsidy): (...) The promotion of aid for SMEs in order to stimulate them to obtain specialized external advice or training is a positive element for the sustainability and results of the enterprises. (...) Staring from 2023 the SME growth subsidy scheme is amended (...) and will focus on 4 themes (...) sustainable and circular entrepreneurship (...).

Walloon Region: Aid for SMEs: The incentives created to assist the socio-economic development of the Walloon Region are awarded, via a grant decision by the Walloon Region, to any natural or legal person that undertakes to carry out one or more operations aimed at achieving sustainable development and promoting job creation.

Walloon Region: Aid for Disadvantaged Regions: In order to assist the sustainable development of the Region, the Government, within the specific budgetary limits set annually, may grant incentives to large enterprises which have operational headquarters situated in a development zone in the Walloon Region and which have an investment programme significantly contributing to sustainable development and in favour of new economic activity in the area concerned.

Environmental protection: Support to Environmental Protection: Support to energy intensive users (case No. SA.45861): Support to compensate energy intensive users (EIUs) for part of the surcharge to finance the support for renewable electricity.

Support for renewable energy generation in Bulgaria (SA. 51542 - Changes to the scheme of support to production from renewable energy sources (RES) in Bulgaria): The primary objective is environmental protection through promotion of energy production from renewable energy sources. The state support for renewable energy is necessary in order to achieve the national target for the share of renewable energy in the gross final energy consumption of the country in 2020 as established in Directive 2009/28/EC on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources.

Wine: Promotion on third country markets: This support covers information or promotion measures concerning EU wines in third countries, thereby improving their competitiveness in those countries. (...)The measures may consist only of: • public relations, promotional or advertisement measures, in particular highlighting the advantages of the EU products, especially in terms of quality, food safety or environmental friendliness;(...)organic production

Exceptional adjustment aid to producers in the agricultural sectors under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/467 of 23 March 2022: The measures are taken in relation to the impact on farmers of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and contribute to food security, overcoming market imbalances and support farmers who are involved in at least one of the following: a) circular economy; b) nutrient management; c) the efficient use of resources; d) ecological and climate friendly production methods.

Payment for farmers observing agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and the environment: To support farmers entitled to a payment under the Single area payment scheme who observe on all their eligible hectares the agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and the environment.
