Cambodian Technical Regulation on Pneumatic Tyre (Passenger Vehicle). It covers new pneumatic tyres designed primarily, but not only, for vehicles in categories M1, O1 and O2.

It does not apply to tyres designed for

(a) the equipment for vintage cars

(b) competitions.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Safety Belts. It applies to Vehicles of category M, N, O, L2, L4, L5, L6, L7 and T, with regard to the installation of safety-belts and restraint systems which are intended for separate use, i.e. as individual fittings, by persons of adult build occupying forward facing, rearward-facing and side-facing seats.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Rear View Mirrors. It applies to the installation of devices for indirect visions on vehicles of categories M and N and on vehicles of category L with bodywork at least partly enclosing the driver.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Pneumatic Tyre for Motorcycle. It applies to new pneumatic tyres for vehicles of category L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5. However, it does not apply to tyre types designed exclusively for the "off-road" use, which are marked "NHS" (Not for Highway Service) and to tyre types designed exclusively for competitions.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Seat Belt Anchorages. It applies to:

(a) Vehicles of categories M and N with regard to their anchorages for safety-belts intended for adult occupants of forward-facing or rearward-facing or side-facing seats;

(b) Vehicles of category M1 with regard to their ISOFIX anchorage systems and their ISOFIX top tether anchorages intended for child restraint systems. Other categories of vehicles fitted with ISOFIX anchorages have also to comply with the provisions of this standard.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Safety Glazing Material. It applies to safety glazing materials intended for installation as wind screens or other panes, or as partitioning, on power-driven vehicles and their trailers, and to the fitting thereof, to the exclusion, however, of glazing for lighting and light-signaling devices and instrument panels, and of special bullet-proof glazings.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Driver Operated Control. It applies to two-wheeled motorcycles and two-wheeled mopeds with regard to driver-operated controls including the identification of controls, tell-tales and indicators.

Cambodian Technical Regulation on Brake Systems (Passenger car). It applies to the braking of vehicles of categories M1 and N1.

This standard does not cover:

• Vehicles with a design speed not exceeding 25 km/h;

• Vehicles fitted for invalid drivers.
