Draft Amendments No. 1 to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of agricultural and forestry tractors and their trailers" (CU TR 031/2012) (29 pages, in Russian)

Draft Amendments No 1 to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of agricultural and forestry tractors and their trailers" (CU TR 031/2012) provide the clarification of the application field of the CU TR 031/2012 and of the conformity assessment procedure of tractors, trailers and components to the requirements of the CU TR 031/2012. Draft Amendments No. 1 also provide the requirements to the spare components and the requirements to the general safety and to the emissions of harmful ( pollutants ) agents of tractors engines which operates on compressed natural gas and liquefied hydrocarbon gas, and the actualization of reference standards and of the UNECE Regulations listed in Annexes 1, 4 and 5 of the CU TR 031/2012.

Draft Amendments No 1 to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of agricultural and forestry tractors and their trailers" (CU TR 031/2012) provide the clarification of the application field of the CU TR 031/2012 and of the conformity assessment procedure of tractors, trailers and components to the requirements of the CU TR 031/2012.
