Decree prohibiting the placing on the market of rinse-off cosmetic products for exfoliation or clean sing that contain solid plastic particles, in accordance with the third paragraph of point III of Article L. 541-10-5 of the Environmental Code)

The notified Decree defines the conditions for the implementation of the legislative provisions of the Environmental Code that seek to prohibit, as from 1 January 2018, the placing on the market of rinse-off cosmetic products for exfoliation or clean sing that contain solid plastic particles, with the exception of particles of natural origin not liable to persist in, or release active chemical or biological ingredients into, the environment or to affect animal food chains.

Technical Regulation on "Special requirements for collection and treatment (processing) of hazardous waste " approved by Decree of the Government of Georgia

The notified Regulation governs the registration and the renewal, endorsement (authorization for use) and transfer of the registration of pesticide-related substances, microbial pesticides, biochemical pesticides, arthropods, predators, parasites and parasitoids; lays down requirements for the importation, exportation and return of these products; and governs the registration of natural and legal persons associated with these inputs with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food.

Central American Technical Regulation (RTCA) No. 67.06.74:16: Organic agricultural products. Requirements governing production, processing, marketing, exportation, importation and labelling

The notified Regulation establishes the provisions and procedures governing the production, registration, certification, processing, labelling, storage, transport and marketing of organic agricultural products. It applies to the following products that carry or should carry a descriptive label relating to organic production methods.

A product is considered to carry information concerning organic production methods when the label or property claims, including advertising material and commercial documents, describe the product or its ingredients using the terms " organic ", " biological ", " ecological " or other similar internationally recognised vocabulary, including abbreviated forms, which suggest to the buyer that the product or its ingredients have been obtained via organic production methods in the country in which they have been put on the market.

Central American Technical Regulation (RTCA) No. 67.06.74:16: Organic agricultural products. Production, processing, marketing, export, import and labelling requirements

The notified Technical Regulation establishes the provisions and procedures governing the production, registration, certification, processing, labelling, storage, transport and marketing of organic agricultural products. It applies to the following products that carry or should carry a descriptive label relating to organic production methods.

Regulation of Minister of Trade No. 97/M-DAG/PER/11/2015 concerning the Provision of Forestry Product Importation

The regulation states that the importer of every forestry products (consists of 356 HS) as mentioned in the Annex of the Regulation, must meet the import requirements such as :
a) Forestry Legality Products
b) API – U (General – Importer Identification Number) for traded and/or transferable forestry products
c) API – P (Producer – Importer Identification Number) for products used as raw or auxiliary materials for production process purposes only
d) Import Approval from Minister of Trade

Decree of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 07 Year 2015 concerning Implementation of Minimum Energy Performance Standard and Inclusion Label of Energy Saving for Air Conditioning Devices

The Regulation requires that the Industrial business which produce, import and trade of air conditioners must apply SNI IEC 60335-2-40-2009, SNI ISO/IEC 17067 : 2013, and SNI 19-6713-2002 and shall have Saving Energy Certificate (SHE) from Certification Bodies accredited by National Accreditation Body of Indonesia (KAN) or another Accreditation Bodies under APLAC/ILAC MRA.

Regulation of the the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 18 Year 2014 concerning Technical Regulation for Labelling of Energy Efficiency Mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamp

The regulation requires that Industrial businesses which produce, import and trade of Compact Fluorescent Lamps for general lighting shall apply the Labelling of the energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps and shall have Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) . The Compact Fluorescent Lamps for general lighting which are traded in domestic market both originated domestically and imported shall meet the requirements of Labelling the energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps.

The previous regulation had already been notified to WTO number G/TBT/N/IDN/42 on Draft Decree of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources on technical regulation of energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps. Currently the new regulation amends particular requirements, such as:
1. Adding cool daylight and warm light Compact Fluorescent Lamps types to be regulated
2. Changing the CCT value from the absolute value of 6500k to 2700 K to 6500 K
3. Changing the energy - saving criteria
