The notified Decree defines the conditions for the implementation of the legislative provisions of the Environmental Code that seek to prohibit, as from 1 January 2018, the placing on the market of rinse-off cosmetic products for exfoliation or clean sing that contain solid plastic particles, with the exception of particles of natural origin not liable to persist in, or release active chemical or biological ingredients into, the environment or to affect animal food chains. |

A product is considered to carry information concerning organic production methods when the label or property claims, including advertising material and commercial documents, describe the product or its ingredients using the terms " organic ", " biological ", " ecological " or other similar internationally recognised vocabulary, including abbreviated forms, which suggest to the buyer that the product or its ingredients have been obtained via organic production methods in the country in which they have been put on the market. |

Regulation of the the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 18 Year 2014 concerning Technical Regulation for Labelling of Energy Efficiency Mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamp
The regulation requires that Industrial businesses which produce, import and trade of Compact Fluorescent Lamps for general lighting shall apply the Labelling of the energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps and shall have Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) . The Compact Fluorescent Lamps for general lighting which are traded in domestic market both originated domestically and imported shall meet the requirements of Labelling the energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps. The previous regulation had already been notified to WTO number G/TBT/N/IDN/42 on Draft Decree of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources on technical regulation of energy efficiency mark for Compact Fluorescent Lamps. Currently the new regulation amends particular requirements, such as: 1. Adding cool daylight and warm light Compact Fluorescent Lamps types to be regulated 2. Changing the CCT value from the absolute value of 6500k to 2700 K to 6500 K 3. Changing the energy - saving criteria |
