For the purpose of this Resolution, bare-rooted Capparis spinosa plants shall be understood to mean young herbaceous plants with roots, leaves and stems, and without flowers. For materials modified genetically by modern biotechnology , the importer must declare their genetic status and comply with SAG regulations establishing requirements for their importation and release into the environment.
