The Motor vehicles below the Emission Standards of the EURO 4 or its equivalent will be prohibited. Importation of Motor Vehicles which are not complied with the safety standards will be prohibited to import.

The notified draft Standard applies to practices, ionizing radiation sources contained in consumer products and ionizing radiation sources involved in practices, which, due to their characteristics, may be exempted from all or some of the regulatory controls established by the National Commission on Nuclear Safety and Safeguards.

The Standard does not apply to ionizing radiation-generating equipment used for medical diagnostic purposes; naturally occurring radioactive material; the transport of radioactive material; the importation or exportation of ionizing radiation sources; medical uses of ionizing radiation sources; the manufacture, acquisition, transfer, importation and/or exportation of radiopharmaceuticals; the administration of radioactive material to animals for diagnostic, treatment and/or research purposes; the manufacture, acquisition and transfer of ionizing radiation sources; contaminated objects or the final disposal, recycling or reuse of sources; or parts for ionizing radiation-generating equipment.

The notified draft Mexican Official Standard sets the A1 value for special form radioactive material and the A2 value for non-special form radioactive material. It also sets the activity concentration limits for radioactive material and the activity limits for consignments that permit their exemption from regulatory requirements during their transport.

It is applicable to all radioactive materials and packages containing them intended to be transported in the national territory.

The notified draft Mexican Official Standard establishes the criteria for classifying special management waste in the hydrocarbon sector and for determining which forms of this waste are subject to a management plan, a list of the forms of special management waste subject to a management plan, and elements for the formulation and administration of management plans for hazardous and special management waste in the hydrocarbon sector.

The proposed amendment is to extend the requirements for the use of the words " organic ", " biological ", " ecological ", " biodynamic " or any other words of the same significance to food product other than plant-based organic ally produced food in labelling of any food to meet other requirements established by the relevant authorities or organisation recognised by Food Safety and Quality Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
