This regulation apply to the distribution service provider, qualified consumer, contractor, and any other persons involved in connecting the small PV solar systems to the distribution system and/or associated with the net measurement arrangements with the distribution service provider. The capacity of the system must be within the specified and permitted capacity. The system must be located in a qualified consumer facility. The capacity in the facility should not exceed 2 MW. The combined capacity shall not exceed 5 MW and the vehicle shall be in different facilities owned by the same qualified consumer in a supply area of ​​one electricity department. The capacity should not be less than 1 kW. The system must be connected and operated safely with the distribution system.

This GCC Technical Regulation shall apply to electrical and electronic equipment as defined in Article (2) of this Regulation. This Technical Regulation sets out requirements on the restriction of the use of Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment with a view to contributing to the protection of human health and the environment, including the environmentally sound recovery and disposal of waste. These requirements shall be respected by the electrical and electronic equipment included in the scope of this GCC Technical Regulation before they are put or made available in the GCC market.

The Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has proposed to enforce TIS 2915 – 25XX Safety Requirements for Motorcycle: Emission from Engine Level 7 as a mandatory standard.

This standard applies only on the motorcycles powered by internal-combustion engines (Category L3, L4 and L5) . It covers the safety requirements relating the levels of gaseous pollutants which emitted from motorcycles (i.e. carbon monoxide, oxide of nitrogen and hydrocarbon ) and durability of pollution control devices.

It also prescribes requirements, marking and labelling, sampling and criteria for conformity and testing.
