This Resolution provides for the ban on the active ingredient Paraquat in pesticides in the country and for transitional risk mitigation measures.
The production, importation, commercialization and use of technical and formulated products with the active ingredient Paraquat are prohibited after three (3) years from the date of publication of this Resolution

This draft Ordinance approves the Targets Program that addresses the Energy Efficiency Index for Refrigerators and Freezers complementing the Specific Regulations of Refrigerators and Freezers,contemplated in the Interministerial Ordinance MME/MCTIC/MDIC 326, 26 May 2011, in compliance with the provisions of art. 2, of Law 10.295, 17 October 2001, that the maximum levels of specific energy consumption to machines and appliances manufactured or marketed in the country on the basis of the relevant technical indicators

The draft approves the Targets that addresses the Energy Efficiency Index for air conditioners complementing the Specific Regulations of air conditioners,contemplated in the Interministerial Ordinance MME/MCTIC/MDIC 323, 26 May 2011, in compliance with the provisions of art. 2, of Law 10.295, 17 October 2001, that the maximum levels of specific energy consumption to machines and appliances manufactured or marketed in the country based on the relevant technical indicators

The draft approves the Targets Program that addresses the Energy Efficiency IndexesforElectric transformerscomplementing the Specific Regulations of Electric transformers,contemplated in the Interministerial Ordinance MME/MCTIC/MDIC 104, 22 March 2013, in compliance with the provisions of art. 2, of Law 10.295, 17 October 2001, that the maximum levels of specific energy consumption to machines and appliances manufactured or marketed in the country based on the relevant technical indicators

This Resolution changes substantially the Resolution RDC - 177, 21 September 2017, which provides the prohibition of the active ingredient Paraquate in pesticides in the country and on transitory mitigation measures.
