The rules, procedures, and conditions for import and export of radiation sources are currently prescribed by the Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2550 (2007).

Office of Atoms for Peace: Import, export, and transit of radiation sources require licenses, unless exempted, under Nuclear Energy for Peace Act, B.E. 2559 (2016). The rules, procedures, and conditions for import and export of radiation sources are currently prescribed by the Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2550 (2007).
