Draft Order of the Regulation on Waste Water Management. This document represents an update draft for the regulation ( pollution standards) for waste water discharges to the natural environment (table 2. of Regulation) . The proposed regulation provides concentrations (spot maximum allowable concentration) of the total phosphorus and total nitrogen discharging less than 5 m3/d of waste water.

Law no.231 from 12.10.2015 "on amending and supplementing certain acts" (including Law no.422 from 22.12.2006 on general product safety). The draft is designed to bring under the existing legal framework on market surveillance and to ensure the necessary surveillance activities carried out by the authorities empowered to protect public interests such as health and safety in general, health and safety at work, consumer protection, environmental protection and security.

The notified draft Standard establishes the minimum seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) for split-type, free-flow, ductless air conditioners. It also specifies the test methods that must be used to verify compliance, and defines the relevant public information labelling requirements.

Draft amendment to Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-008-CONAGUA-2017, Showers used for personal hygiene - Specifications and test methods.

The notified text establishes the specifications to be met by showers used for personal hygiene, and their respective accessories, including those known as " ecological showers", with the aim of an excellent hydraulic and hermetic functioning and durability, and the efficient use of water, and to determine test methods for verifying the compliance of these products, and the relevant conformity assessment procedure.

Draft Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-169-SEMARNAT-2018, establishing the marking specifications for specimens, parts and derivatives of totoaba (Totoaba macdonaldi) from wildlife conservation management units.

The notified draft Mexican Official Standard establishes the marking specifications for specimens, parts and derivatives of totoaba (Totoaba macdonaldi) that is sustainably farmed in wildlife conservation management units. The specifications will make it possible to track the movements of these products between the management unit and the end marketer, thus ensuring their traceability.

The notified Standard is binding on natural and legal persons engaged in commercial or non-commercial activities involving specimens, parts and derivatives of totoaba (Totoaba macdonaldi) in the United Mexican States.

Draft amendment to Mexican Official Standard NOM-011-TUR-2001, Safety, information and operation requirements to be met by providers of adventure tourism services, which is now entitled draft Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-011-TUR-2018, Safety, information and operation requirements to be met by providers of adventure/nature tourism services. It is binding throughout the national territory for natural and legal persons providing adventure/nature tourism services to tourists or users, or contracting such services. It is not applicable to diving activities, airborne activities and high-wire acrobatic trails that are not in natural environments.

Regulation for the fomentation, production, commercialization and processing of cashew:

It establishes rules for the fomentation, production, commercialization, industrialization and export of cashew and their by-products in the national territory.

Road Transport Regulation of Dangerous Goods:

The purpose of this Regulation is to establish the standards and procedures for the transport of dangerous goods by road, and shall apply to dangerous road transport operators and their drivers. Except as provided in the preceding number, the hazardous goods road transport of the class of explosives and radioactive materials carried out by the Defense and Security Forces and the National Atomic Energy Agency, respectively.
