18. Interdiction d’importer des poissons provenant de la pêche illicite, non déclarée ou non réglementée. Les poissons importés doivent être accompagnés d’un certificat de capture délivré par l’État du pavillon du navire de pêche attestant que les poissons ont été pêchés légalement
et faire l’objet d’une notification préalable. Les pays représentant un risque faible, mentionnés à l’annexe 2 de l’ordonnance, ne doivent pas fournir un certificat de capture et ne sont pas soumis à l’obligation de notification préalable.
