4. Import licensing for the products specified below is regulated by the "Notice of Application for Written Approval License to Import Yellow-fin Tuna", "Notice of Application for Written Approval Licence to Import, Export and Re-export Bluefin Tuna", "Notice of Application for Written Approval Licence to Import, Export and Re-export Southern Bluefin Tuna", "Notice of Application for Written Approval Licence to Import, Export and Re-export Swordfish", "Notice of Application for Written Approval Licence to Import, Export and Re-export Big-eye Tuna", "Regulations for the Importation of Shark Fins", "Regulations for the Importation of Toothfish" and is administered by the Council of Agriculture. Before being allowed to import, importers must obtain written approval from the Fisheries Agency, Council of Agriculture.

6. The licensing of imports of oil and petroleum products specified below is regulated by the "Petroleum Administration Act". The importer is required to submit an approval from the Bureau of Energy, MOEA to customs for clearance.

1. The import of ozone-depleting substances and products that may contain ozone-depleting substances is subject to licensing. This system for import licensing aims at protecting the environment from ozone-depleting substances to comply with the requirements of the Montreal Protocol on the substances that deplete the ozone layer.

The original Basic Policy "Basic Policy for Promotion of Procurement of Eco-Friendly Goods and Services" (hereinafter referred to as "Basic Policy") was adopted by the cabinet decision in February 2001 based on the "Act on Promotion of Procurement of Eco-Friendly Goods and Services by the State and Other Entities" (hereinafter referred to as "Act") which went into effect in January 2001. In February 2019, concerning designated procurement items under the Basic Policy, the addition of 1 item and the revision of the evaluation criteria for 24 items were adopted by the cabinet decision.

Basic Policy for the Promotion of Contracts considering Reduction of Emissions of Greenhouse Gases and Others by the State and Other Entities" under the "Act on Promotion of Contracts of the State and Other Entities, which Show Consideration for Reduction of Emissions of Greenhouse Gases, etc. The original Basic Policy was adopted by the cabinet decision in December 2007, based on the Act which went into effect in November 2007. In February 2019, the revision of the Basic Policy for addition of the basic matters concerning contracts related to building operation maintenance was adopted by the cabinet decision.

4. compliance with basic environmental protection requirements and physical and urban planning rules.

The EU–Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) contains a political, sectoral cooperation and a trade part, complemented by institutional provisions. In its trade part, the Agreement provides for the liberalization of trade in services within the meaning of Article V of the GATS. The Trade title of the Agreement also contains provisions such as on trade in goods, technical barriers to trade, competition (including subsidies), State Owned Enterprises, public procurement, Intellectual Property Rights (including geographical indications), Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures, customs cooperation, sustainable development, and a Dispute Settlement Mechanism. The Agreement does not include tariff liberalization, nor mandatory technical regulatory alignment in the area of goods.

Hazardous Substance Act, No. 4, B.E. 2562 (2019)
• A person making a transit of a hazardous substance shall notify the competent official before each transit and after receiving the notification, the competent official shall issue a transit license as an evidence of notification.
• A transit license received from the notification shall be valid according to a period specified in such transit license but shall not exceed forty-five days since its issuance date.
• A transit operator shall be a juridical person that operates the hazardous substance import and export business that is registered in Thailand.
• A hazardous substance requested for transit shall be brought out of the Kingdom within five days after release from the Customs House where the hazardous substance has entered the Kingdom.
• "Transit" Notification, applying for permission and issuance of a transit license shall be in accordance with rules, procedures and conditions set forth by the competent office with recommendation of the Committee, which is published in the Government Gazette, and which shall at least have a prescription requiring an insurance to be made for any expenses that may occur from a destruction or treatment of a hazardous substance.

This directive updates the existing one and introduces a binding EU-wide target for energy from renewable sources in EU final energy consumption. In particular, this directive:
• clarifies and creates some concepts (e.g. renewable s self-consumers, renewable energy communities);
• frames the design of support schemes by Member States;
• establishes how joint projects between Member States and third countries shall be accounted under this directive;
• streamlines administrative procedures;
• revises the rules on guaranties of origin;
• contains rules on access to and operation of the grids;
• contains new rules on district heating and cooling;
• promotes the use of renewable energy in transport; and
• provides that Member States shall establish enabling frameworks for power purchase agreements.
