Non-reimbursable financing subject to State aid will be granted as investment aid to eligible applicants within each call for projects, under State aid rules as provided in Regulation (EU) N° 651/2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (Exempted State Aid Regulation) and in accordance with the provisions of the State Aid Scheme relating to each Applicant's Guide. The state aid is granted by signing the financing contract.
