SA.43182 (2015/N) of 22 August 2016 - Czech Republic - Promotion of electricity production from small hydro power plants (support for small hydro power plants commissioned between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2020).
The Act defines two forms of operational support for generation of electricity from renewable sources of energy: feed-in tariffs and green bonuses. The two forms of support cannot be combined, the producer has to select one of them. The support in the form of feed-in tariff is available only to selected production plants to give priority to the support system in the form of green bonuses
Type of measure
The support is provided as a non-refundable subsidy. The amount provided is determined according to the amount of energy produced (electricity and heat) in the form of feed-in tariffs or green bonuses. Feed-in tariffs or green bonuses are set and published by the Energy Regulatory Office every year in its price decisions.

Per mille Levy funds and Production Levy funds:
Recycled revenues from Danish taxes on pesticides finance the Per mille Levy funds. The Fund for organic farming is also funded by national appropriations. The means from the Per mille Levy funds are used partly to subsidise the different Levy funds (i.e. professional funds).
The production Levy funds use revenues which, beside the subsidy from the Per mille Levy funds and fiscal production levies are used to finance activities such as sales promotion, research, advising, education.

The Danish Rural Development Programme 2007 - 2013: Investments in biogas plants:
The purpose is to promote biogas production. Agriculture serving as an energy provider has a positive impact on green accounts. The government will ensure the best conditions for the further development of agriculture´s role as an energy provider. With the initiatives presented in Green Growth concerning biogas and combustion of manure by 2020, the Government expects energy usage to have increased from 5% of farm yard manure in 2008 to 50% in 2020.

The purpose is to promote biogas production. Agriculture serving as an energy provider has a positive impact on green accounts. The government will ensure the best conditions for the further development of agriculture´s role as an energy provider. With the initiatives presented in Green Growth concerning biogas and combustion of manure by 2020, the Government expects energy usage to have increased from 5% of farm yard manure in 2008 to 50% in 2020.
Owners of or members of a farm household (on farm facilities) or enterprises and cooperatives outside agriculture (off farm facilities; common plants). Up to 30% of the eligible expenses can be covered.
