Conditional and limited prohibition/ restriction on import and export of hazardous wastes and their disposals: The transfer of waste from the Republic of Moldova to other countries is carried out only with the approval of the notification for export or transit by the competent authorities designated by the importing country, in compliance with the provisions of the regulations on waste shipments approved by the Government. The record of notifications for export, import or transit is made through the Automated Information System "Waste Management" - SIA MD.
