National tariff headings concerned: 2709 and 2710 - Petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, crude.

The notified Emergency Standard is applicable to gasoline, jet fuel, automotive diesel, agricultural and marine diesel, industrial diesel, fuel oil, domestic diesel fuel, aviation gas, first-fill gasoline, intermediate fuel oil and LPG throughout the production and supply chain in national territory, with the purpose of protecting the environment.
