The Ministerial Decree mandates that the producers and importers of electrical lamps must comply with ES7823/2014 which establishes the requirements for labelling and providing supplementary product information and energy efficiency requirements for electrical lamps such as: filament lamps; fluorescent lamps; compact fluorescent lamps; high-intensity discharge lamps; LED lamps.
