3 TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER PARAGRAPH 3(III) OF THE DECISION:
The principal source of U.S. financial assistance and funding for technical assistance for developing countries is the U.S. Department of State. Some, but not all, of this funding for assistance to agriculture are programmed through the State Department’s U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). All of the figures reported below represent budgetary obligations or estimates for the reporting period:
a. U.S. Department of State assistance to agriculture
